Easily upload data you’ve been collecting with another software to your Indigo account. This will help avoid uploading the same information that is stored in another place.

As a bonus, you will likely not be asked to provide supporting documentation for any records uploaded from one of the acceptable software applications. See below for some acceptable software examples.

  • AGCO

  • Ag Leader Technology

  • Case IH

  • Climate/FieldView

  • John Deere

  • Precision Planting

  • Trimble

Step 1: Download the file from your Farm Management Software

Every software will have slightly different ways to download and/or share data, but the process of compressing the file into a zip file and uploading it into Indigo software will be the same across platforms (i.e., Climate FieldView, AgLeader, AgFiniti, etc.) We are here to help. Reach out to our Customer Success Team with any questions.

Tip: Each management software may have YouTube videos to explain how to download the data.

Step 2: Navigate to Import Records (Carbon) or Manage Data Connections (Source) in your Indigo account

Step 3: Choose Upload files tab

Step 4: Upload your FMS file

Step 5: Confirm and review imported information

Populating the data in your Indigo account could take up to 8 hours so be sure to come back the next day to confirm upload and accuracy. You will see in the Status column in the Import records page if it was successful or not.
