Errors FAQ
Q: Why do I see so many errors?
A: Sometimes we see that if a grower misinterpreted something we ask for, that error would be multiplied across multiple years / multiple fields. So hopefully once you get into the specific errors, you’ll see that many of them can be resolved the same way.
Q: I see an error that I don't think should be an error.
A: Send us a message through the chat icon at the bottom right of your account and we will look at it together to determine what needs to be done.
Q: What happens if I can't/don't resolve my errors?
A: Until all errors are resolved, a field can unfortunately not be eligible for Final Filing (and is therefore also not eligible for payment). If you are having any trouble resolving an error, just send us a message through the chat and we will work it out together.
Q: What if it is asking me for evidence/documentation that I don't have?
A: We ask for evidence because it helps us prove that you made the practice changes during a particular year. It could also be because you provided some information that our system thought looked unusual. Our recommendation is that you first check what you entered to make sure it is correct. Do you have a time-stamped management plan? In many instances, this will suffice as evidence.
